All about your stay

How nice of you to come and celebrate your holiday with us! On this page you will find all the information you need for your holiday at Buitenplaats Holten. From information about checking in to changing your booking and information about our surroundings. Do you still have unanswered questions after reading this? Give reception a call, we are happy to help!

Check in

Are you looking forward to it? So are we! But to make your arrival as good as possible, we have a check-in time from 16:00. This way we can make sure your camping pitch or accommodation is ready for you! At Buitenplaats Holten we work with self-check-in. This is very convenient, because on arrival you can go straight to your cottage and do not have to collect a key. Before arrival you will receive an email from us with the code of your cottage. With this code, you can open the key box on the wall of your cottage and pick up the key.

Check out

Your holiday is over, too bad! We hope you had a great time. We would like you to check out by 10:00 at the latest. That way, we can make sure that the next guest also has as nice an arrival as you had! Are you leaving on Sunday? Then you can check out until 16:00. When you check out, leave the keys of your cottage in the key box on the wall of the accommodation.
You can dispose of your waste in the waste bins provided. These can be found right next to the children's farm. The children's farm is located on the side of the nearby café de Keizer.

Parking

One car may be parked at each accommodation. If you come with several cars, the remaining cars can be parked at the central car parks in front of our holiday park. Parking on our holiday park and at the accommodation is free of charge.

During your stay

Wifi on the park

Because we of course want you to be able to Netflix during your stay, or post a nice picture of our park on Instagram, we have ensured a good WiFi network throughout the park. You will receive the wifi code in your mailbox before your stay, so you can enjoy the internet in your accommodation!

Using a hot tub and sauna

Have you booked a cottage with a hot tub or sauna? Then we would like to tell you how to use it! In the instructions below you can find all the information you need for this. When lighting the hot tub, make sure the fire in the heater keeps burning and you leave the lid on the tub while heating it! This is the only way to heat the hot tub quickly.

Emergency numbers and breakdown service

If you are in an emergency situation and need urgent assistance, call the Dutch emergency number 112.

The telephone number of Medical Centre Rijssen is 0548 51 22 04.
