This farmer's (family) company is owned by the Ten Hove family from Zuna. Since 2001 the family has switched to keeping rose calves. In addition to keeping and taking care of these calves, the family also grows corn and grass themselves. This is used to feed the calves, creating firm yet tender rosé meat. This meat contains less saturated fat than other beef, so it can be part of a healthy diet! Curious about this company? You are very welcome in their farm shop where they sell their own veal and many other agricultural local products.
